Or you can use a logo screen utility, which is even easier. Then go back to the 'Toy Story 2 Logos' folder and copy the 'logow.sys' and 'logos.sys' files, and paste them into your Windows directory. Then paste it into your root hard drive directory. Open the folder and copy the file marked 'logo.sys'. You'll find the new screens in a sub-directory in the 'Toy Story 2' folder marked 'Toy Story 2 Logos'. The two shutdown screens are labeled 'logos.sys' and 'logow.sys', and they are located in your Windows directory (probably C:\Windows\). Or you could simply move it to a folder you'll remember. If you rename it something like 'logo_b.sys' or 'logo.bak', it will be safe in case you ever want to restore it. The startup screen is located in your root hard drive directory (probably C:\). You can do this by simply changing their names.
Unfortunately, these cannot be programmed into the theme file, but they are fairly easy to install manually.įirst, you may want to backup your original startup and shutdown screens. If you want o complete the look of the theme, you'll need to install the custom-made 'Toy Story 2' startup and shutdown screens I've included.
